We’re excited to share the latest updates designed to help you gain insights faster and make smarter decisions. This release includes new dashboards, improved organization, and expanded reporting capabilities across several modules.

🚀 What’s New

Prescription Analytics Report (Digital Health Platform Analytics Stream)
The dashboard has been extended with three new columns:

• Patient Paid Amount
• Primary Payor-Paid amount
• Copay Coverage Applied

In addition, we have split the ‘Waiting for Check Datetime’ column into ‘Waiting for Check Date’ and ‘Waiting for Check Time’ columns

‘Key Indicators Trend’ Dashboard Updates
Two new measures ‘Revenue per patient’ and ‘Revenue per Rx’ have been added to the ‘Key Indicators Trend’ report under ‘Advanced Business Intelligence’.
