We’re excited to share the latest updates designed to help you gain insights faster and make smarter decisions. This release includes new dashboards, improved organization, and expanded reporting capabilities across several modules.

🚀 What’s New

Referral Type
A ‘Referral Type’ column (hidden by default) has been added to the ‘Rx Transaction Details’ dashboards in the following applications:

Advanced Business Intelligence
Core Business Analytics
Covered Entity Finance Summary
Inventory Analytics
Digital Health Platform Analytics
Pharmacy Operations and Finance Hub

Additionally the ‘Referral Type’ filter has been added to all dashboards with Patient Source filter on them.

Patient Source Logic
For ‘Patient Source’ categories that include multiple ID types, categorization will apply only within the overlapping effective date range of all those ID types even if some individual effective date ranges extend beyond the shared period.

Patient Source
Updated ‘Patient Source’ column to support multiple values (categories) without causing duplications.

🔧 Minor Enhancements

Claim Analytics
Changed the default sorting of ‘Transaction Date and Time’ in the ‘Claim Analytics’ dashboard to be from most recent to oldest.

Shipped to Clinic
Covered Entities and their associated addresses are now up-to-date within the ‘Shipped to Clinic’ dashboard.
