1. Core Business Analytics
- Patient Aging Report:
- Added a new ‘Patient Phone’ column positioned directly following ‘Patient Gender’ to simplify patient outreach and follow-up.
2. Inventory Analytics
- NDC Product Details:
- Updated default sorting by Rx Count (descending) to prioritize actively dispensed medications:
- Covered entities can now immediately see their most frequently prescribed drugs at the top of the dictionary without manual re-sorting.
3. Pharmacy Operations and Finance Hub
- Ship to Clinic Dashboard:
- Added a transaction filter toggle allowing users to switch between ‘Paid’ and ‘All’ transactions.
- Set ‘Paid’ as the default selection (primary claim status = ‘Paid’) so clinic package and patient volume metrics reflect actual dispensed/shipped orders rather than unfulfilled transactions.
4. Automated Reporting (NPrinting)
- Platform Daily Reports & Baseline Report:
- Revenue Run Rate: Moved the Revenue Run Rate line chart to display immediately following the Revenue Trend chart.
- Unique Patients Run Rate: Added a new Unique Patients Run Rate line chart, placed directly after the Revenue Run Rate chart (matching the Advanced Business Intelligence application style).
