🚀 What’s New
Digital Platforms Report Split
The Digital Platforms Report has now been split into three distinct reports for improved clarity and partner-specific insights: This update replaces the previously combined Digital Platforms report, allowing for more targeted analysis by source.
Prescription Data Dashboard Redesign
The Prescription Data Dashboard has been redesigned with:
- Updated column layout
- New data fields
- Improved organization
These changes make it easier to scan, filter, and interpret prescription data efficiently.
New TPA Client Portal Stream
We’ve introduced a new stream: TPA (Third-Party Administrator) Client Portal, which includes the new dashboard:
TPA Client Dispensing Data – enabling TPA clients to access their dispensing metrics directly.

Patient Analytics Suite Update
Added a new dashboard: Patient Aging Report Summary – providing a high-level view of aging patient accounts and outstanding follow-ups.
Core Business Analytics Update
Added KPIs for The Day dashboard – offering a quick daily snapshot of key performance indicators to support operational decision-making.
Landing Page Updates
Landing pages for the Advanced Business Intelligence and Patient Analytics Suite applications have been refreshed to reflect current content and improve navigation.
